After two and half decades of growing a successful business, the team wanted to give business owners a clear path, milestones, and action steps to implement the same principles that made Ramsey Solutions successful.
The team knew we needed to create a product that could help business owners identify where they were at in their journey of entrepreneurship, and an assessment seemed like a great starting place.
We kept hearing, "I don't even know where to begin." from business owners. So the assessment had to be that strong starting point for their journey with EntreLeadership.

The project kicked off with a 5-Day sprint and continued with six weeks of interviews to learn how we could improve the product.
The path towards business success needed to be identified at the same time the assessment was being created.

Results had to be action oriented—generic answers would not suffice for business owners.
Develop ways the assessment could be recurring on a regular basis so owners could see measured growth over time.

When we launched the assessment, we had approximately 400 completions in the first week, with a 90% email capture rate.

The most significant lesson we learned during this project was how valuable it was to our clients, as well as the company, to validate ideas quickly. The 5-Day sprint surfaced knowledge from key team members, but also opened our eyes to several factors we hadn't considered because we were able to put the idea in front of business owners early and often.
